The project customers selected Echo crushing equipment after many visits, now the production line is running well, the capacity is 350 tons per hour of gravel, 150 tons of fine sand.

Product application: high-speed rail and local large mixing station.

Process flow

Pebble enter into CS240 for middle crushing and screen a part of product, and the material is more than 31.5MM will be transported multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 by belt conveyor, and then two cone crusher are running in one belt conveyor, which can form a closed cycle. The stone material is less than 10MM enter into two VSI9532 sand making machine together to making sand, the product is 0-5MM mechanism sand.

Equipment configuration advantage

The project is totally designed by my company, which greatly reduce the unnecessary investment while use the most advanced multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, as a result, good laminated crusher grain shape, the whole hydraulic control accurate and reliable, along with easy maintenance. Sand making using VSI5X sand making machine with greater pass rate and greater capacity, besides, we adopt deep cavity type rotor with optimized design so that material through-put increase about 30% and a higher product sand rate. Sand ratio can be arbitrarily adjusted due to integrated design concept.
